Greater Hartford Region School Choice Information Session! Regional School Choice Office (RSCO) was created by the Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE) to inform Connecticut families interested in public schools of choice about their options in the Greater Hartford area. Assistance is available at the library to help families learn about School Choice and apply to Magnet, Open Choice schools.
