Sundays at the Carousel (Bushnell Park)

The Regional School Choice Office (RSCO) will be out in costume once again supporting another fun community event at the Hartford Bushnell Park Carousel on Sunday 10/31/2021. RSCO will be sponsoring free rides for children between 12 and 4:00 p.m. In addition to the free rides, RSCO will distribute Halloween treats and school choice information. We invite families to stop by and enjoy a ride on us!
